Nice family-holiday-village in a quiet area at about 450 m from the sea and 200 m from Bibione Terme and the central shopping street.
The 68 villas (48 three-room apartments and 20 two-room apartments) overlook the indoor park of 7000 sqm, with swimming pools, green areas and children’s playground. The 30 m long swimming pool for adults has a seating and hydromassage side; next to there is the children’s pool.
The houses are very spacious (up to 80 sqm), well furnished and comfortable; the common areas are wide and well-kept.
Some houses have a fenced garden suitable to our 4-legged friends (on request and subject to availability – an extra charge is required).
The village has a common room with washing machines available for free use (daily from 08.00 to 20.00).
In 2005 the most important European Tour Operator TUI awarded the “Ca ‘del Pino holiday-village” with the prestigious “TUI HOLLY” award: that year the village was judged the best in Italy, according to the approval rating of tourists.
The private property guarantees an attentive service and a constant care of the village. It is the ideal solution for a family holiday: fun for the children and relaxing for the parents.
Apartment description
Villa of 45 sqm only on the ground floor for maximum 4 people with private garden, covered and furnished terrace, living/dining room with a single sofa bed, kitchenette, spacious bedroom with three single beds, large bathroom with shower.
All the houses have a covered parking space close to the house and are equipped with air conditioning/heat pump (two devices: one in the living room and one in the bedroom), microwave, American coffee machine, kettle, fridge with separate freezer compartment, Tv-sat, free Wi-Fi, intercom, hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets.
Some houses have a fenced garden suitable to our 4-legged friends (on request and subject to availability).
Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a surcharge (maximum 1 per apartment).

EXTRA COSTS / EXCEPTIONS:
– Final cleaning: mandatory for all properties (€ 60,00 for types G/G1 and € 40,00 for the remaining types), except for the kitchenette which remains the guest’s responsibility
– Air conditioning/heat pump: € 50,00 per week (Ca ‘del Pino), € 40,00 per week (Diana) and € 30,00 per week (Elpado)
– Extra beach service: on request and for a fee subject to availability
– Bicycles (with external operator): € 20,00 per week
– Tourist tax: € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 4 years of age do not pay
