Apartment description

Three-room apartments on the ground floor or on the first floor – 38 q.m. These apartments offer a cosy and functional environment, ideal for those guests who are seeking for a direct connection with the outdoor.
Each unit has two bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with three beds and a second bedroom with two beds, for a total of five beds.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, American coffee machine, kettle, and large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment.
The bathrooms were completely renovated in 2025; new and modern, they have a large shower cubicle.
Heating/cooling systems with two split units in each flat (living room and bedroom). Large flat-screen TV with satellite reception, including Italian national and private channels, 12 German channels and 2 Czech channels. Free WI-FI connection. Safe. Mosquito nets.
An innovation introduced with the 2025 renovation is the beautiful 20 mq furnished and covered terrace, which represents a significant added value.
Parking space outside the building with ticket provided by Turistica Tonussi.

THE PRICES INCLUDE:

EXTRA COSTS / EXCEPTIONS:

 

Final cleaning: mandatory for all properties (€ 60,00 for types G/G1 and € 40,00 for the remaining types), except for the kitchenette which remains the guest’s responsibility 

– Bicycles (with external operator): € 20,00 per week

Tourist tax: € 1,15 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 4 years of age do not pay

Small/medium-sized pets: € 30,00 per week (maximum 1 per apartment). Its presence must be communicated in advance, before the arrival
